• Mockify is a tool that generates realistic mock data based on your text prompts using AI technology.
• The service provides temporary API endpoints that remain active for 6 hours after generation.
• We use Cohere's AI models to process your requests and generate data.

You agree to:

• Use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Not use the service to generate harmful, illegal, or malicious content.
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or abuse the service.
• Not submit personally identifiable information (PII) or sensitive data in your prompts.
• Not use the service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair our servers.

• Your prompts and generated data are stored temporarily for 6 hours only.
• After 6 hours, all data is automatically deleted from our systems.
• We do not collect or store personal information.

• You retain all rights to the prompts you submit and the data generated from them.
• Mockify and its branding, design, and code are the property of Mockify and protected by copyright laws.
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without permission.

• We strive to keep Mockify available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
• We may suspend or terminate the service at any time for maintenance, updates, or other reasons.
• We are not liable for any downtime or loss of data.

• Mockify is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not responsible for the accuracy, quality, or reliability of generated data.
• We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.
• You use Mockify at your own risk.

We use Cohere to generate mock data. By using Mockify, you also agree to comply with Cohere's terms of service. We are not responsible for any issues arising from third-party services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Mockify at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
